Claims Intake and Customer Service Representative

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the claim intake process, including evaluating, processing and handling claims. Acts as a liaison for customers, agents, claimants and policyholders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage and all relevant claims. Reviews benefit eligibility and requests information as needed. Ongoing focus on customer service to ensure a positive initial and ongoing claim experience.

Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance department staff and assist with the accounts payable function, premium tax filings, regulatory filings, unclaimed property filings, account reconciliations and budgets. 

Manager, Actuary

Responsible for managing activities of the department including performing major actuarial functions, planning, problem solving, staff management, communication and review of process and practices.
