Field Sales Support Coordinator

Provides support to the Regional Sales team by completing administrative task and providing general assistance as needed. Contacts potential agents and agencies by phone to grow prospects and sales for each region. Responsible for setting up appointments and conducting training to onboard new agents.

Job Description


 • Calls existing leads and establishes interest in our products

 • Sets up appointment with Regional Sales Consultant to expand on product features and sales opportunities

 • Works closely with each Regional Sales Consultant to help support all regions

 • Provides training to new agents and handles internal paperwork to complete process

 • Updates Salesforce on leads and activities completed

 • Assist with agent training webinars

 • Trouble shoots administrative issues with internal resources and provides RSC with details and 
   resolution status

 • Provides back up support for conferences attendance, as needed

 • Research conference invitations and trade show opportunities 

 • Completes applications process for conferences

 • Responsible for tacking and maintaining the conference list and scheduling of each event


 • Associates’ degree or equivalent

 • 5 years insurance operations experience

 • CRM database experience, preferably Salesforce

 • Occasional travel required – less than 20%
