LifeSecure Insurance Company has an opening for a Director of Operations. This role directs and oversees Operations to include: New Business, Underwriting, Claims, Fulfillment, Billing and third-party administration functions. This role also provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to Operations teams; ensures development and implementation of customer centric, operational strategies that enhance and support the business; identifies and executes strategies to manage and improve alliance partner relationships; and analyzes operations and recommends business processes and system enhancements to achieve organizational objectives.
If you have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Operational and leadership experience in an insurance environment, this could be the job for you. A thorough understanding of insurance operations and strong background in vendor management is required.
